Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:30 PM) may result in a fee.

Terms and Conditions of Hotel Stay


1. Reservation and Check-in:

1.2. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.


1.3. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in. A valid identification document, such as a passport or driver's license, must be presented upon check-in.


2. Room Rates and Payments:


2.1. Room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, special requests, or additional services.


2.2. Payment for the room and any additional charges must be settled upon check-in. We accept major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. A pre-authorization or deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges.


2.3. In the event of non-payment or insufficient funds, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation.


3. Cancellation and Modification Policy:


3.1. Cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made according to the specified cancellation policy. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in charges or forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Hotel Rules and Conduct:

4.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas may be available, and guests should adhere to the designated policy. Violation of the non-smoking policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
